Results:

  • Their regular CM checked in and noted that we were really giving personal attention to their audience, and that was so appreciated.
  • Johnny/Megan both felt like our team asked great questions–items that didn’t have obvious answers that we could have found ourselves, etc.
  • Thought we were right on the mark with what was escalated to the folks on call and what was just noted in the log for a recap/reference
  • Thrilled at the staffing rollout for the first few days, with J&N on again tonight and then paired with K&J on Saturday (that was a happy accident, but I think it went a long way for them appreciating our planning and general oversight).
  • No real notes of things to change–they just flagged an item to be on the lookout for tonight.
