To build the definitive tool for guiding undecided ticket buyers to the performance that’s right for them.

The Solution:

The Subscription Finder, a personalized concierge service that guides patrons to “Pick Your Perfect Opera.” Patrons answer five simple questions about their previous opera experience, or why they’d like to see an opera – and our custom algorithm suggests the productions they’ll enjoy the most. More information is available about each production, and patrons can seamlessly purchase single tickets or a “Mini Series” of multiple operas.

The Results:

Throughout the 2013/2014 Met Opera season, nearly 80,000 website visitors used the Subscription Finder tool to learn more about the productions and find the right tickets. We successfully streamlined the ticket buying process to help opera fans and neophytes alike find the opera that’s right for them.
